About This Recipe
The are certain things I make that I have many recipes for. These recipes are usually for foods that go with a lot of different side dishes or combine in many ways as a main dish. One of these such recipes is for grilled chicken. Depending on if it’s going on a salad, a sandwich, or anything else I’m making I tend to add different flavors to my grilled chicken. This recipe is my girlfriends favorite that I make. She will eat it on anything. This recipe has a little kick to it from some Hungarian Paprika which I use a lot because of my roots. I will come back and post more of my different grilled chicken recipes in the future.
Boneless Chicken Breast
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
About 4 dashes of each spice is needed for this recipe.
Estimated Cook and Prep Time: 10 to 15 Minutes
Grill pan (or outdoor grill)
Coat a grill pan with non-stick spray and set the burner to medium high. Let sit untill the pan has fully heated up.
Using fully defrosted chicken, apply about 2 dashes of the salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika to one side of the chicken. Rub the spices into the chicken using your hands. Do the same to the other side of the chicken. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken on the grill. Do not move the chicken. Do not press down on the chicken. The chicken will retain its juices and get better grill marks if it doesn’t move other than flipping the chicken.
Let cook until the visible edges of the chicken appear almost to be cooked. This will be about 5 minutes.
When ready, flip the chicken. Let sit on the grill for about another 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the grill and enjoy.
