    My favorite spice, well its kind of a mixture, is Za’atar. Also known as hyssop I believe. It’s middle eastern so i like it best when making hummus, but you can really add it to just about anything.

    Cinnamon is probably my most-used spice. I put it in oatmeal, pancakes, many bread and dessert items, coffee, and add it to local honey with real lemon juice for a simple homemade cough syrup.

    Garlic Powder is definitely my favorite. I use it on/in a lot of things. My favorite way is to melt butter and roll soft pretzels in it and then sprinkle on garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
